Friday the 9th of December the Ladies hosted an outstanding event welcoming players from all over Gippsland to enjoy 18 holes of golf while raising money for the Longwarry Food Bank.
The event was able to raise over $1,100 as donated raffle prizes, purchased mulligans and entry fees helped achieve an the outstanding result that will help cook over 220 meals for those in need.
The golf had just as many highlights! With Glenda Gordan and Glenda Warren winning the A grade with 47 points beating Shirley Roberts and Kerri Ahearn on a countback, the B grade winners were Chris Stevens and Sandra Caldwell.
